#1 First: He got his first haircut on Sunday the 28th. I know, I know, no one can even see his hair most of the time. But, it was really starting to look like a mullet in the back when he wore shirts with a collar. Anyway, it was getting shaggy looking. So I braved the job myself. It didn't turn out too bad if I can toot my own horn! :) This is a before shot, you can see his hair over his ears.
And this is a shot of the first cut. If you want to see the after pictures, there aren't any. His hair is way too blond to show up well in a photograph now. You'll just have to come visit us to check out his new style.
#2 First: Feeding Independence. He used to let me feed him some and then he'd pick up some pieces of food himself. For the first time ever he refused to let me help him. He was VERY insistent about being independent. It is really kind of cute:He seems so grown up to me. Especially lately as he is almost a year old. I can't believe how much he has changed in such a short time! Gosh, I love that little guy!
